Returns
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply return it for a full refund.
You can return your purchase for up to 30 days from the purchase date.
If you would like to return an item, please
contact us for a return authorization. You will be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization
Number (RMA) and instructions on how to send your order back to us. Returns received
without an RMA will be sent back to the customer.
Your refund will not include shipping charges previously paid for USPS First-Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail, USPS Express Mail, USPS Global Express Mail (International orders) or UPS shipping fees. Your refund will also not include shipping charges that you may incur when sending merchandise back to us. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
The product(s) will be inspected upon receipt. All returns must be in resalable
condition and all original packaging must be in place for full
credit to be issued. No credit or exchange will be issued if the product shows signs
of use. Our guarantee does not cover accidental damage or wear of product caused by
customer. Within two business days of us receiving your return at our warehouse, we will refund your
credit card and send you an email stating that your return is complete. Credits
normally take 3-5 business days to appear on your credit card statement.
Exchanges
You can exchange your purchase for up to 30 days from the purchase date. All product
exchanges should include the original invoice and be mailed to the address noted
above. Please send us an email right away to specify the style and color you would
like to exchange your tie(s) for so that we can place the new tie(s) on hold for you.
The product(s) will be inspected upon receipt. All exchanges must be in resalable
condition and all original packaging must be in place. No exchange
will be issued if the product shows signs of use. Exchanges will ship within two business days of us receiving the original order.
