Holiday Return Policy
Gift purchases made between November 1, 2012, and December 24, 2012, qualify for our Holiday Return policy. Qualifying products may be returned through February 28, 2013. Products must be in brand new condition to be eligible for a full refund.

Returns
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply return it for a full refund. You can return your purchase for up to 30 days from the purchase date.

If you would like to return an item, simply flip over your invoice and fill out the form. If you don’t have a form, download a PDF of it here. Include it when you mail back your item(s) to Your refund will not include shipping charges previously paid for USPS First-Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail, USPS Express Mail, or USPS Global Express Mail (International orders). Your refund will also not include shipping charges that you may incur when sending items back to us. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. 

The product(s) will be inspected upon receipt. All returns must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging (including invoice) for full credit to be issued. No credit or exchange will be issued if the product shows signs of use. Our guarantee does not cover accidental damage or wear of product caused by customer. Once we have received your return at our warehouse, we will refund your credit card and send you an email stating that your return is completed. Credits normally take 3-5 business days to appear on your credit card statement.

Exchanges
You can exchange your purchase for up to 30 days from the purchase date. For exchanges, please give us a call. If a form was not included with your order, please download a PDF of it, located here, fill it out, and mail it back with your item(s) to . Your refund will not include shipping charges previously paid for USPS First-Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail, USPS Express Mail, or USPS Global Express Mail (International orders). Your refund will also not include shipping charges that you may incur when sending items back to us. Please send us an email right away to specify the style and color you would like to exchange your scarf or scarves for so that we can place the new scarf or scarves on hold for you.
