Part I
Step 1. Use a long rectangle scarf (like this one!) |

Step 2. Center the scarf on your forehead |

Step 3. Center the scarf on your forehead. Collect the sides at the nape of your neck like a low ponytail |

Step 4. Tie a knot with the two sides |
 |
Step 5. Bring the sides together above one ear |
 |
Step 6. Twist the two sections to the end |
 |
Step 7. Pull the twisted section across the top of your head like a headband |
 |
Step 8. Tuck in the ends |

Step 2. Untuck the twist |
 |
Step 3. At your forehead, begin twisting the sides together |

Step 4. Lay the twist down the center of your head |
 |
Step 5. Tuck in the ends |
