This 20-something fashion blogger is from Poland and knows a thing or two about adding quirky, bold, fun pieces into her daily wardrobe. From bright tights and colorful clothes to hair pieces and piling on the accessories, Tamara could give us all a lesson in clothing confidence and personal style.
