“Gossip Girl” star Blake Lively is busy as ever and always on the go. The actress and fashion celebrity was recently hand picked to be the face of Chanel’s latest ad campaign for the Mademoiselle handbag line. Blake has also been attending numerous photo shoots, galas and fashion shows in Paris.

Blake was in NYC and makes a quick stop by CVS to pick out a new toothbrush while on her way to a photo shoot. The picture of Blake to the right shows her rushing on the streets of NYC, with her hair messily pulled back and the same the scarf, this time with a striped button up and cutoffs. Some may say she looks like she just got out of bed; with all her business, maybe she did!
